One of the first memories I have of Michael was watching him teach an improvisation class. As I watched in awe, the only thing I could think of was, this person is the embodiment of the Pied Piper! Nothing has changed.  Michael has a magical ability to draw people in and make them thirst for improvement. He develops their talents to help them exceed what they believe possible. He encourages them to make a difference in the world by recognizing and reporting back the beauty they see in others.  He laughs through life every day, makes obstacles opportunities, adores our family, sings sings sings and loves loves loves.  He is a joy and an inspiration.  How lucky am I to be part of his life.

Michael was my 8th grade drama teacher.  At the time, I had never met anyone like him. And I still haven't. At 13, he was inspiring us to be our best.  A lot of my shine was ignited with Michael and our years of working together lay the foundation for my whole life, on the stage and in business.  He is one (of only two) of the most influential people in my life.  We have stayed in touch all this time and it is a joy to be in his presence.  EVERY SINGLE TIME!   It has been my absolute pleasure creating Michael's digital presence and now, joyfully, to usher him more fully into the world.

 Do you know that shine in a child's eye when they rip open a Christmas present?  Wendi Gilbert had that at age 13 and she still has it today.  She had/has it when she GIVES...and she is always giving.  Meet a person loaded with the joy of creativity, which she shares with exuberance and artistry constantly.  Her tenacity and passion have kept our friendship vibrant and alive all these years.  She really gets me. She has turned what could have been a low point of my career, the COVID months, into a treasure trove.  SHE KEEPS UP WITH MY ENERGY.  She's known me longer than my wife.  And now she works with me?!  How lucky am I?  I love her.

Michael is one of the most genuine souls I have ever encountered. He truly puts his kind heart forward in any situation whether be a social media edit or a simple conversation. In all my years working with social media clients, I have never encountered one who genuinely wants to take the time to get to know you personally. Did you ever meet someone who brings sophisticated adult professionalism mixed with the wonderment of a child? Brandon is the newest member to our team. His vivacious energy is coupled by a genuine, sweetness and warmth and a very healthy layer of social media genius. He has a childlike energy that is absolutely infectious. Even though he looks like he could be cast in “Glee”, he has three children! I’ve never heard him complain. I’ve never heard him be tired. I’ve only heard him support in every way that he can. SARA RUSNIAK

Sara manages Michael's speaking and travel schedule which average 225 days a year on the road. Her coordination of so many details is impressive. Sara and Michael have worked together for 4 years and only recently met each other in person.

​I love working for Michael.  I've not once experienced negativity come from Michael (not even a flight delay or cancellation can get him down!), and supporting someone who exudes so much positivity is contagious, and makes me want to be my best every day.  I think my favorite thing about working for Michael is experiencing all of the inspiration he creates with his clients.  There is never a shortage of feedback in our inboxes, and I love feeling like I'm part of a team that makes such a difference in the lives of so many.

Did you ever have anyone in your life that, when you wanted something done, you simply wrote a note… and, WHAM, it was done? That is the amazing eighth wonder of the modern world, Sara Rusniak. She is kind, centered, intelligent, pro-active and is at a rate of mistake-free performance that would be the envy of perfectionists. Our mutual friend, Dean Minuto, connected us and I have felt like every day is Christmas. She is a role model of how to accept and incorporate even the tiniest bit of feedback. She knows and creates my voice. Without her, my success is seriously diminished. How lucky am I? I love her.
