- Count to three before you respond. ...
- Accept the recognition or compliment with a "Thank You.” That's all you need to do! It may be difficult at first, but you can do it!
- Connect with the feeling of success. ...
- Give yourself more praise, more often. ...
- Practice gratitude on a daily basis. ...
