Intergenerational
Benefits

Meet Gavin Davis,
20-year old Intern for You On Your Best Day®
Meet Owen Davis, Gavin's Father
Sharing how both generations benefit from the relationship.

Three ways to build stronger connections between generations:

Always state the objective out loud of the meeting or the project. We may have different tactics to get to that result, but if we both agree on what the result is, there's a better chance that we're going to work better together.

Take the time to find out about the personal life of others.  Find out their cat's name, their dog's name, people in their family, what they like to do on the weekend. Retain that and genuinely care about it. Genuinely ask about it frequently.

Before we ever tell anyone what they're doing wrong, let's gather beauty by opening our eyes and ears and giving truthful, specific, positive feedback.

I think if we frequently, do those things, we can come together. Right now, you and me.
